Banana Pancakes
There are lots of different variations you can have for pancakes. They are a delicious breakfast that many have as a treat once and a while. Whether you are longing for a warm Sunday breakfast or just a treat for the family during the week, pancakes is great.
Variations of pancakes can range from adding new ingredients to the batter to sprinkling tasty treats on top. If you want to be extra crazy, you can add stuff into the batter and things on top. On the other hand, you might be a simple pancake eater and want to keep it clean with butter and syrup.
One great pancake is the banana pancakes. Banana pancakes are delicious and very easy to make. They don’t require much variation on the original recipe. As long as you have the same ingredients for your pancakes, the only other thing you need for banana pancakes is bananas, of course.

Banana Pancakes
In order to start making your banana pancakes, you must begin with your basic pancake recipe. Find a good basic recipe that you love. If you have a favorite, use that. Make sure it is a delicious recipe that you are satisfied with. Preferably, you will have used the recipe once before at least.
When you are mixing the ingredients, first mix the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients. Add to the wet ingredients to mashed bananas. Make sure they are well mashed so that they are not too lumpy. You can make them a little lumpy if that’s what you like.
Then, add the drying ingredients slowly and do not over beat. When the batter is ready, pour it onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Make them into whatever shape you like. Traditionally, they are circles that are about 3 to 5 inches in diameter.
You can then enjoy your banana pancakes with butter and syrup, or any other topping you like. You can even add sliced bananas or other fruit on top with whipped cream. It is a delicious treat that you will very much enjoy.
