Sour cream Pancakes
Sour cream pancakes might look just like any other pancakes, but they are different. The sour cream makes them fluffy, tender, and savory. The sour cream is added with the milk and therefore adds more air, hence the fluffiness. These are great as regular pancakes, but are also good to serve for other meals. If you are bored with your basic pancakes, but you think beer and blueberries go too far, try out these sour cream pancakes!
